Calgary to Moyie Lake

Not very far on the first day. I had a meeting at work in the morning, and I had not yet packed, so I didn't get on the road until about 2:00 pm. I had hoped to get to Sandpoint, Idaho on the first day, but that just wasn't in the cards. I set my sites on a more attainable goal and ended day 1 in Moyie Lake, BC instead. I had heard it was a nice park, and it was. Pretty nice campground and a nice lake. Would definitely go back there for a long weekend sometime.

Nothing very exciting happened on the first day. Just driving. I did see a dear and some real cowboys on their horses. That is all.
